In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the patient journey — conducting intake, helping patients interpret key testing, and providing the personalized nutrition support that helps them thrive. Core Responsibilities Conducting new patient intakes and setting the tone for our clinic’s standard of exceptional, compassionate care Maintaining detailed notes in our EHR system and coordinating patient scheduling and follow-ups Reviewing food inflammation (IgG) and stool analysis results, and helping patients adjust their nutrition and supplement plans This is a full-time position, for which we expect a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week.
