Role Overview The Senior Engineering Manager - AI Developer Products will lead the development of distributed agentic systems and the frameworks that power AI-driven ServiceNow development. The team builds the next generation of AI tools that enable agentic ServiceNow development, designing, building, and operating distributed agentic systems, defining the agentic framework, creating evaluation frameworks, and scaling capacity to support all customers.
