Serene Nursing Services is looking for skilled and experience RNs to join our growing team and work variety of shifts in Long term care facilities in Greater Seattle area.Job DescriptionThis amazing RN must:Provides direct patient care, assists with care for patients of others (as needed)Makes patient care assignments to other staff members on dutyResponsible for the care delivered by the nursing staff under his/her direction during the shift for which (s)he is on dutyParticipates with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient and family/significant other plan of careCommunicates effectively all relevant information (e.g., patient information, safety issues, problems with equipment, quality issues, etc.) to immediate supervisor, in timely wayCommunicates and documents changes in patient condition, on a timely basis, to charge nurse/supervisor and physicianInterprets, implements and enforces all facility policies and proceduresAssigns responsibility for the direct care of residentsSupervises the CNA staffObtains and administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniquesObserves patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies resident family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of healthRequirements:Registered Nurse with current state license requiredMinimum of (1) one year experience preferred.Current CPR certificationMust be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills in the nursing process necessary for those patients requiring the expertise of a professional registered nurse.Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirementsCopy of updated TB results/ Chest x-rayMust be able to work any shift as needed and be flexible with scheduling requirements.Benefits:Competitive Pay -- maximum $$ pay in the industryWeekly paychecksComprehensive malpractice insuranceWorkers compensation insurance, etc.Serene Nursing Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
