The PM Dishwasher supports the culinary team at Cassique Clubhouse by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen and dishwashing areas. This role is essential to ensuring smooth kitchen operations during evening and weekend service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas
• Properly operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and service areas
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, including floors, mats, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support kitchen staff as needed during service periods

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule Requirements

• Evening and weeknight shifts required
• Weekend availability required
• Scheduled day off every Tuesday
• Flexibility to work holidays and busy service periods as needed
