Benefits 1 of the Month following 30 days of service Full benefits package for full‑time employees, including health, dental, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, auto insurance, and more Employer paid accident insurance and HSA contribution 401(k) retirement plan 90 days of paid vacation and sick time 8 paid holidays Paid bereavement leave 1 year of paid floating holidays Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel’s linen supply Complete inventory of stock as requested Adhere to hotel policies and procedures Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates genuine hospitality and exceeds guest expectations Assist Room Attendants in stocking carts and removing linens and garbage from rooms as time permits Perform other duties as required to provide the service brand behavior These duties are not all‑inclusive and may be expanded by management as necessary Requirements Previous laundry and/or dry cleaning experience preferred Must be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions Works well in a team environment Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction Attention to detail and thorough follow‑through on instructions Reliable – shows up to work on time Physical Demands Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Proper lifting techniques required, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and to push or pull objects up to 100 pounds.
