Our experienced team collaborates with children with Autism and their families, helping to promote independence, communication, and the skills they need to navigate life's challenges. Our company will always be guided by our core values of: Passion, Trust, Integrity, Accountability, Support, Fun, Learning and Empathy. About the RoleBCBA provides support to clients, families, and behavior technicians by coordinating and overseeing the implementation of ABA strategies and procedures. BCBA conducts skills and behavior assessments in order to design and maintain effective, meaningful, and individualized treatment programs for children diagnosed with Autism. BCBA provides ongoing supervision and training of behavior technicians as it relates to the delivery of ABA services in a clinical setting and consults with parents/guardians to ensure the carryover of treatment plans in the client's home/natural environment.About YouMaster's or doctoral degree in related field required.Current BCBA certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.Current LBA license from Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board required.Completed BACB approved 8-hour supervision training.3 or more years practicing as BCBA is required.Obtain and maintain certification for CPR and BLS (to be provided by employer upon hire).Possess a valid drivers license and provide proof of auto insurance.Demonstrate passion and patience for working with young children.Exhibit strong communication, collaboration, time management, and supervision skills.Benefits & WagesSalary from $75,000.15 days PTO.8 Paid Holidays.1 Paid Wellness day every 6 monthsAnnual continuing education stipend plus 2 paid continuing education days.100% employer contribution to Medical, Dental, and Vision for employee.IRA after employment qualification period.Company covers LBAB and BACB licensure and certification fees.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Must be able to lift and carry clients.Must be able to sit on the floor and stand for extended periods of time.Must be able to maintain a variety of stances (stand, kneel, crawl, squat) for a extended period of time.
