We are constantly looking for Veterans in pursuit of their post-service ambitions and talented individuals with an unwavering desire to succeed and grow with us.As a Regional Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Chief of Operations and the branch managers allocated to your region to independently execute all aspects of regional operational management. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of all branches in Texas and service execution, manage personnel and resources, and ensure that our operations deliver consistently on our commitments without compromise. This role is essential to optimizing productivity, employee satisfaction, and customer experience across our Texas region.Common activities listed below: actual position responsibilities may vary.Oversee region's day-to-day service route execution, ensuring 100% completion of commitments.Coordinate with back-office operations, including order management, billing, receivables, supply, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution.Supervise operations personnel time, attendance, and records in collaboration with administrative staff.Direct the maintenance of fleet readiness, equipment maintenance, and repair schedules.Supervise the organization and management of operations personnel to maximize productivity, morale, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with Branch Operations Managers, Assistant Operations Managers and Field Service Leads in the organization and optimization of service yards, equipment, supplies, and staging areas across the region.Preside over new site setups for commercial systems, including coordination of 3rd-party assets, materials, and budgets.Inform the prioritization of maintenance and yard staff activities according to tactical and strategic goals.Facilitate the support of special events, local projects, and weekend operations to ensure execution aligns with expectations and strategic initiatives in the region.Refine operational standards, develop differentiators, and "bullet-proof" setups and products.Improve driver and A-driver productivity while reducing road-time to support work-life balance.Provide market intelligence, including trends, competition, and client feedback, to company leadership.Offer operational planning and execution recommendations with a long-term, six-month outlook.Mentor and counsel staff to continually enhance quality of work.Facilitate the growth and optimization for all Texas sitesKey Skills & Qualifications:5–10+ years of relevant industry experience.Familiarity with operational processes, technical infrastructure, equipment, and day-to-day challenges.Absolute commitment to completing the job effectively, efficiently and with pride.Strong people-management skills and a focus on employee development.Focus on putting our people first and their adherence to safetyInterest in working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Pride in everything you do.Exceptional communication, planning, organization, and time-management abilities.Willingness to work flexible hours to ensure 100% execution and be present to solve problems as they arise.Education:OSHA 30 certification requiredAssociate's degree, Trade School or equivalent Military occupational trainingCDL A or B preferredAbilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
