Shifts are from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Job Description

The Wound Care RN will provide specialized care for patients with wounds, ensuring high quality and adherence to the best practices in wound management. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and effective communication skills, particularly in serving diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient conditions and care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans.
• Administer treatments and educate patients and families on wound care management.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required.
• Previous wound care experience is preferred.
• Current certifications in necessary health and safety courses (e.g., CPR, BLS).
• Preferred Spanish speaking skills to assist in patient communication.
