Carlisle Small Animal Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time or full-time Veterinarian to join our team. We've been proudly serving the Carlisle area for over 40 years, providing high quality care for pets. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of companion animals. Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform routine and complex surgical procedures as needed. Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and general pet wellness. Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and participate in continuing education opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Licensed (or ability to obtain licensure) to practice veterinary medicine in PA. Strong diagnostic and surgical skills preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Passion for animal care and commitment to client education.
