Location: Commerce Pay Rate: $18.45 per hour Shift: 1st Shift 7am- 7pm Monday-Wednesday

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to specified standards and guidelines to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Inspect items for defects or damages prior to packing, ensuring only high-quality products are shipped.
• Label packages accurately with all necessary shipping information to facilitate smooth logistics.
• Utilize packing materials effectively to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to [insert lifting requirement]) as part of daily responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in task performance.
