Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.On-site in Northern VirginiaResponsibilitiesAdministers and sustains Windows server and workstation environments and supporting platforms (email, storage, databases, and hardware) to maximize availability and utilization.Supports LAN/WAN operations in alignment with CIO, communications, and information security policies.Assesses proposed operating changes for impact to network and system performance.Diagnoses and resolves complex system and network performance issues using advanced network analysis tools, applying logic and cost/benefit tradeoffs to select and implement solutions.Delivers customer-focused support in multi-system/multi-application environments and communicates technical procedures clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Education and ExperienceEntry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experienceJourneyman: 2-4 years of specialized experienceFull Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experienceSenior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experienceSubject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experienceDesired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.Security ClearanceActive TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) yearsMore About B&ANotable Clients B&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
