Job Summary
As a Start Tech at LOCAL Bug Guy you will have the opportunity to build your route and prepare for more freedom an responsibility as a Route Tech. Start Techs spend their day servicing customers homes without worrying about getting calls and texts from customers. Ultimately this position is meant to help you learn the Mission and Core Values that we use to make every decision within the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Service customers homes as scheduled by the office.
Attend weekly branch meetings for training.
Maintain service equipment and keep vehicle in good operating condition.
Summer hours >40
Winter hours <40
Qualifications and Skills
Branch 2 Field Rep License
Valid Drivers Licence
2+ years in pest control is preferred.
Customer Service skills and experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Work 8-12 in the summer heat with a backpack sprayer and all required PPE.
