To support a growing Enterprise Brand Insights team, the full-time Market Research Manager will lead primary research initiatives focused on brand health, communications tracking, and creative testing, while working remotely during EST/CST business hours. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end primary market research projects, from study design through analysis and presentation Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including brand health tracking and media effectiveness studies Manage external research vendors to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of research projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in market research, marketing, business, sociology, psychology, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a market research role, with hands-on primary research Experience leading brand health and communications tracking research 2+ years of experience working with analytical tools such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or SQL Experience managing advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 brands
