• Provide direct patient care in an emergency room setting
• Utilize Epic for electronic health records management
• Respond to emergency situations with composure and decisiveness
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize clinical care
• Apply strong time management and critical thinking skills in daily practice

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact license
• PALS certification required within 180 days
• TNCC or equivalent certification required within 18 months
• ACLS certification required within 180 days
• BLS certification required at hire
• Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Less than 1 year experience with direct patient care required
