Build meaningful relationships with Jupiter agents and help them grow their teams. Maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly goals - drive pipeline from agents . Maintain a high-activity pipeline - outreach, calls, LinkedIn activity, and follow-ups. Screen for both qualifications and cultural fit to ensure long-term success. Support onboarding and make sure every new agent feels connected from day one. Collaborate with other Jupiter teams to support agents.
