Available Shifts:

7a-7p Every other weekend

7p-7a Every other Monday

7p7a Every other Wednesday

7p7a Every other Friday

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Palms Care Center in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. As a member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Palms Care Center, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by our medical staff. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Our commitment to setting standards in home health care means that you will have the support and resources you need to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by our medical staff

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to our medical staff and other members of the care team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care
