Davis & Green is hiring experienced Residential Service Electricians to join our growing service team. If you want steady work, strong pay, and a company that values your skill—this is your opportunity.
Expected hours:
- 40+ hours per week and on-call rotation
Compensation:
- $20 - $32 per hour / + possible commission

- Install panels, lighting, outlets, wiring, and circuits
- Diagnose issues and present solutions to homeowners
- Handle service calls professionally and efficiently
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed Requirements:
- 3+ years residential electrical experience
- Valid Virginia driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field Preferred:
- Journeyman Electrician license
- Experience with panel upgrades and EV chargers (a plus)
