Team members enjoy a supportive, growth-minded environment.Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and a willingness to engage in sales conversations.Compensation: $40,000.00 per year.We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.
