- Weekly earnings usually fall between $1,200-$1,500
- Average 2,200-2,500 miles per week
- Additional pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
- Pay increases every six months

- Home every two weeks on a consistent and planned schedule
- Assigned Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022-2025)
- Well-maintained equipment with APUs

- This position is open to drivers newer to the industry as well as experienced drivers
- 4-6 weeks of training with a dedicated mentor

- After training, transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
- Must be at least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
- Open to recent CDL holders and drivers with 6+ months experience
- Stable work history
- No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- No safety-related terminations
- Employment history must meet company standards
- Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
