Flagger Position

Our client, an industry leader in infrastructure and construction, is seeking a Flagger to join their team. As a Flagger, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting safety and traffic management on-site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attentiveness, clear communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Flagger

Location: Rock Springs, WY

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: Thursday-Friday @ 6:30am MUST be a certified Flagger

What's the Job?

• Direct and control traffic flow in construction zones to ensure safety for workers and the public
• Use hand signals, signs, and flagging devices to communicate with drivers and construction personnel
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and adapt to changing traffic conditions
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Assist with setting up and dismantling traffic control devices as needed

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Good communication skills
• Credential Requirement: 100007
