Contract Lpn/Rn Position
Contract LPN/RN position for an 8-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in or near Milbank, Minnesota. The role provides high-quality nursing care to residents and supports interdisciplinary care planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, adhering to all state and federal regulations
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately within the EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care strategies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote resident safety and comfort
- Assist with patient activities and provide emotional support to residents during shifts
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Ability to pass a full background check
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work a mixture of day, evening, and night shifts
- Physically able to perform caregiving tasks
