$19.00 - $32.00/hr* Full time Shift may start between 8:00pm - 11:00pm Role Summary Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts. What you’ll do Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items on their shopping list. Depending on the shift, your job may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. From unloading trucks in the summer to filling ice cream in the freezer, this fast‑paced job can be physically demanding. Purpose: You will receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount received depends on job classification and length of employment and will meet or exceed paid sick leave laws where applicable. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
