YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR VET CLINIC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - CSR

This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling needs in a 24/7 hospital.

Shifts may include:

• Nights and overnights
• Weekends
• Holidays

Your shift begins with phones ringing and clients walking in-and you're ready. You expertly manage multiple lines, greet clients, and keep communication flowing between pet owners and medical staff. As the day unfolds, you'll create and update patient records, explain processes, handle billing, and ensure transactions are accurate and balanced. You'll guide clients through each step of their visit while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. Every moment, you're keeping things running smoothly, ensuring both clients and staff have the support they need.

Here's what we need from you:

• Must be able to commute to Fargo, ND 58104
• Must be able to work in person

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of veterinary experience
