Job Description:

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support IT infrastructure, server backups, lab systems, and domain migration activities. Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Veeam backups, scheduling, retention policies, monitoring, and recovery testing.

• Administer Windows Server environments, including backups, troubleshooting, patching, and updates.

• Manage SQL backups, restores, integrity checks, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Support laboratory IT systems, including system imaging and hardware/software testing.

• Provide Tier 2 IT support, resolve incidents, document solutions, and escalate issues as needed.

• Support migration from a legacy domain to a new domain, including daily re-domain activities.

Required Skills:

• 5 7 years of IT systems administration or infrastructure support experience.

• Hands-on experience with Veeam, Windows Server, and SQL backups.

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.

• Life sciences or laboratory IT experience preferred.
