• Real Earning Potential: Base salary + uncapped commission. Our first-year team members typically earn $65,000 - $70,000, and our top producers earn over $100,000.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meeting with local families and businesses to provide insurance solutions.
• Learning our "Partners in Protection" consultative sales process (we'll teach you everything!).
• Helping clients understand their risks and coverage options.
• Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
