Warehouse Associate

Position Reach Truck Operator Location Bartlett, Rochester Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Schedule 6 AM – 10 AM start time, weekends required, flexibility to work overtime is important for this position. Benefits $20.00/HR $3,000 sign‑on bonus Weekend differential pay Health insurance: medical, dental, vision, life insurance PTO: vacation, sick, holidays Responsibilities Load route trucks and semi‑trailers with battery‑operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required. Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing. Ensure items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner. Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department. Assist in counting of physical inventory. Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. Perform pick from trays by customer number, review orders for shipment, determine and assemble the correct types of product to be shipped. Load materials into trailers and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Requirements 1 to 2 years of consistent work experience in a warehouse environment preferably. Ability to lift 45 to 50 lbs and/or pull or push 100 lbs. Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime hours when needed. Ability to work in refrigerated / freezer temperatures. Ability to work early mornings.
