Overview
Occupational Therapist needed for an acute-care focused travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This is a critical-need, temporary assignment starting on 08/31/2026 and lasting 13 weeks. The role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week on a daytime 5x8 schedule (08:00–16:30). Weekly pay ranges from $2,134 to $2,353 per week.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing occupational therapy evaluations for residents to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving activities of daily living, mobility, balance, and coordination.
- Provide direct therapy sessions, including gait training, ADL retraining, upper-extremity activities, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
- Reassess progress regularly, adjust goals as needed, and document outcomes; communicate with the interdisciplinary team to support care planning and discharge decisions.
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies; promote resident safety and professional practice.

Requirements
- Current OT license or eligibility to practice in the United States; state-specific requirements apply.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility setting with adult residents.
- Availability to start on 08/31/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment; able to work a 08:00–16:30 daytime shift on a 5x8 schedule.
