Someone who: Is respectful, honest, and self-motivated Can perform under pressure, multitask, andprioritize workload Has great attention to detail Comes with strong customer service skills and is aproblem solver What youwill do: Performroutine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties Assistwith preparation of vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting,and repairs Respondto maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Purchaseand transport supplies and materials needed to perform required maintenance Maintainaccurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed Conductregular inspections of units and common areas to identify and addressmaintenance issues Respondto after-hours emergency repairs Performother duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
