For more information, visit Purpose: Marketing Intern will gain real world experience for a Brand Management Marketing intern in our Foodservice Marketing division working with a variety of our well known brands!Foodservice Marketing: The Foodservice Group is responsible for the sales and marketing of all products to both commercial and non-commercial foodservice operations. The primary customer is the foodservice distributor, who buys our products and re-distributes them to foodservice operators such as restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, etc. You will spend much of your time supporting sales teams, usage ideas, and merchandising ideas to the operators, and helping educate distributor personnel on why they should be selling Hormel products.Responsibilities:Conduct Operator and Channel ResearchSupport Sales Enablement ToolsAssist in B2B Marketing CampaignsCollaborate on Product Launches and DemosRequired Qualifications:Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, May 2028 and major in Food Marketing, Marketing, Professional Selling, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or relevant degree program with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferredPossesses strong analytical and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership and persuasive skills are necessary for success in this positionPossesses a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spiritInterest in sales and sales roles is preferredApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employerApplicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visaMust be comfortable with the preparation and consumption of a variety of Hormel Foods Products which may include but not limited to pork, beef, chicken, turkey and nutsHormel Foods does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas.Hours: This is a temporary, full-time, hourly position.
