Nurse Manager

Summary:
The RN Manager oversees clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, PCAs, and Health Coaches, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinic operations. This role combines leadership, clinical management, and administrative oversight in a fast-paced FQHC setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support clinical staff, including training, performance monitoring, and development.
• Ensure proper staffing, patient flow, and high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Oversee clinical supplies, equipment, and infection control protocols.
• Monitor compliance with EHR documentation, vaccination programs, and quality metrics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, Joint Commission preparations, and incident management.
• Collaborate with management on schedules, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; accredited nursing school graduate.
• NYS RN license and BCLS certification required; Infection Control and Child Abuse certification preferred.
• 2+ years clinical experience in Pediatrics, OB/GYN, or Adult Medicine.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; bilingual a plus.
