Residential Case Manager

As a Residential Manager, youll oversee and support up to 25 Family Home Providers (FHPs) who provide person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Youll build strong relationships with families, providers, and community partners while ensuring residents receive the highest quality care. What Youll Do: Support Family Home Providers in delivering person-centered care Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and guardians Conduct regular in-home visits and compliance reviews Review documentation, provide coaching, and ensure accuracy Collaborate with care teams to adjust service plans as needs change Participate in rotating on-call coverage (shared among managers) Lead with compassion, accountability, and a commitment to excellence Why Join Open Doors?
