TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join an established academic Obstetrics & Gynecology department as an OB Hospitalist in Greenville, North Carolina. This opportunity offers the chance to provide inpatient labor and delivery care while working alongside a multidisciplinary team at a leading academic medical center.

Position Details:

Position Highlights:

• Employment with a growing, physician-led 9-hospital healthcare system
• Academic affiliation with a nationally recognized medical school
• Hospital privileges at a tertiary care academic medical center
• Established department including: 11 General OB/GYN physicians, 4 Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, 1 Reproductive Endocrinologist, 1 Gynecologic Oncologist, 1 Urogynecologist, 6 Certified Nurse Midwives, Onsite Advanced Practice Provider support
• State-of-the-art children's hospital with Level IV NICU and 20 pediatric subspecialties
• Schedule (7) 24-hour shifts or (14) 12-hour shifts per scheduling block

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient labor and delivery care
• Evaluate and manage obstetrical emergencies
• Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Neonatology, Certified Nurse Midwives, and subspecialty physicians
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered obstetrical care

Practice Highlights:

• Approximately 4,100 deliveries annually
• Approximately 350 maternal transports annually
• High-acuity tertiary referral center serving eastern North Carolina
• Collaborative academic practice with opportunities to teach and mentor learners

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Commitment to providing high-quality inpatient obstetrical care
