Job Title GRC Analyst – TEKsystems (Entry Level). Location: Walnut Creek, CA. Responsibilities Assist in conducting security risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities in IT systems, networks, and physical infrastructure. Support evaluation of security controls and recommend improvements to mitigate identified risks. Participate in development of risk profiles for systems, applications, and facilities. Analyze security risks, incidents, and vulnerabilities to assess potential impact on the organization. Assist in preparation of reports on security trends and potential risks. Help ensure company security practices comply with regulations, standards, and internal policies. Support development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Participate in internal audits and reviews to assess effectiveness of security controls. Assist in investigation and response to security incidents, including data breaches, unauthorized access, and physical security breaches. Document incident findings and support remediation plans. Participate in post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned. Contribute to development and delivery of security awareness training for employees. Assist in creating educational materials to promote a security-conscious culture. Skills & Qualifications Risk management, information security. Willing and eager to learn with a good attitude. Pay Pay range: $43.00 – $50.00 per hour.
