Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with nuclear expertise to lead and manage complex projects. This SME role requires a professional with 10 to 15 years of experience, preferably in I&C, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. The Project Manager will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, overseeing the efficient allocation of resources.Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges.Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management.Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies.Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices.Essential SkillsMinimum of 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software.Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams.Strong experience in managing projects that impact organizational strategies.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.Project management certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) is required.Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred.Work EnvironmentThe Project Manager will work in a dynamic environment, leading multidisciplinary teams across various project phases. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to changing project demands, with a focus on strategic alignment and continuous improvement.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Waynesboro, GA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
