Overview Nursing Assistant - Labor and Delivery (L&D) - Full-time - Evenings Responsibilities Provide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Monitor blood pressure and temperature of patients, measure and record vital signs (temperatures, pulses, respiration and blood pressure). Assist with delivering meals and safe patient transport; support a fast-paced, team-based care environment. Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment; contribute to improving the patient experience and overall care quality. Qualifications Required Criteria High school diploma or GED Certification from an approved, accredited Nurse Assistant training program Current BLS Training from the American Heart Association Basic computer skills Preferred Criteria Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience as a nurse's aide in Labor and Delivery or Women's Health Details Location: New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Schedule: Full-time evening shift (3:30 PM – Midnight); weekends required Salary Range: $23.16 - $25.20 hourly About the Role Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is high.
