Plant Facilities Engineer

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Plant Facilities Engineer to support our titanium casting operations for aerospace and defense customers. In this role, you will own the performance, reliability, and improvement of plant utilities, building systems, and production support equipment. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage facilities projects and contractors. Working closely with EHS and operations, you’ll ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and uptime while applying lean and continuous improvement to drive long-term operational excellence.
