Elk Grove Ford is looking for enthusiastic, motivated Sales Representatives who are ready to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Whether you have years of sales experience or are just getting started, we welcome all levels of experience we will train the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
• Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage your sales pipeline
• Work collaboratively with teammates, sales managers, and finance staff
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Any prior sales, customer service, or retail experience welcomed
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability.

The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.
