Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

July 27 (Monday) starting 7am to August 8 (Saturday) ending 8am

Sept 19 (Saturday) starting 7am to Oct 12 (Monday) ending 8am

Shift Details:

July 27 (Monday) starting 7am to August 8 (Saturday) ending 8am

Sept 19 (Saturday) starting 7am to Oct 12 (Monday) ending 8am

Friday evening - Friday morning but can be super flexible on this (7 day blocks)

Schedule:

Day OR/Office – after hours call only (APPs take first call) M-F

Clinic - 8-4:30pm (30 min lunch)

OR - 7 or 8 - 4 or 5 (8 hours day)

24 hour call on weekends

Work Details:

·Support Staff: 2 MAs – 3 APPs

·Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week with some exceptions

·Patients per day: OFFICE – 15/20 OR as needed

·Patient Population/Age: >18

·Department Description: 1 surgeon, 3 APPs

·EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:

•Academic/Training – Academic hospital – residents assigned to service on rotation

•Ambulatory Surgery Center - yes

•Clinic/Private Practice – Medical group practice

•Hospital – York hospital

Requirements:

·Board Certification: BC or BE in Gyn Onc

·License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ

·DEA: required

Credentialing Timeframe: temps avail with a clean file

Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Required
