Regional Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Regional Marketing Specialist Location: Highlands Ranch, CO Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $70,000-$75,000 per year About the Role Complete Care Highlands Ranch is hiring a full-time Regional Marketing Specialist to build relationships, develop referral sources, and grow awareness of our emergency care and urgent care services through consistent field outreach. Most of your time will be spent visiting physician offices, standalone urgent care centers, businesses, schools, and community organizations across your territory. You'll identify new opportunities, maintain existing relationships, establish local media contacts, and coordinate community events. You'll support local awareness and use referral trends, facility goals, and community feedback to guide your outreach and support growth. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and Growth. About Us Complete Emergency Care, operating as Complete Care, is a network of freestanding emergency and urgent care centers providing 24-hour care for adults and children across Texas and Colorado. Founded by four emergency room physicians, we built our centers to cut hospital ER wait times and put patients first. Our awards include: Since 2018, Complete Care has earned more Press Ganey patient excellence awards than any other emergency care provider in the country April 2026 Press Ganey recognition for sustained excellence in patient experience across our network 2026 Best of BusinessRate Award (Complete Care Brooks City Base) Responsibilities Visit physician offices, standalone urgent care centers, employers, schools, and community organizations across Highlands Ranch to build relationships and develop referral sources Explain our approved emergency care, urgent care, imaging, and diagnostic services accurately, and coordinate referral questions with clinical leadership Maintain contact records, document visits, and complete timely follow-ups Coordinate community events such as CPR training, wellness events, presentations, and sponsorships, and support facility opening activities Build relationships with Chambers of Commerce, business groups, schools, and local leaders Establish local media contacts and identify advertising, editorial, and sponsorship opportunities for leadership review Share market trends, service concerns, and competitor activity with marketing leadership, and submit weekly activity reports Review GoRev referral data and facility performance reports to identify trends and adjust outreach Minimum Requirements At least one year of relevant experience in marketing, business development, sales, community relations, or a related field Strong communication, public speaking, organization, and time management skills, with confidence building professional relationships Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and interpret basic performance reports Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, presentations, and contact tracking, plus basic social media knowledge Reliable transportation for daily travel within the territory, availability for some evening and weekend events, and legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Healthcare experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (equivalent relevant experience considered) Digital advertising experience Familiarity with Highlands Ranch and surrounding communities Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) and Roth retirement plans with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Equal Opportunity Employer Complete Emergency Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
