Respiratory Care PractitionerAs a Respiratory Care Practitioner at Deaconess, you'll play a vital role in helping patients breathe easier and recover stronger every day. You will provide essential respiratory care services based on physician orders for both inpatient and outpatient populations from tiny infants to older adults making a meaningful difference across every stage of life.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your expertise directly supports lifesaving care and patient recovery. To welcome you to the team, we're offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions or $3,750 for part-time roles. This position works 6am to 6:30pm, 36 hours per week. Rotating weekends and holidays.In this role, you'll be trusted to:Perform key diagnostic procedures and support critical respiratory assessmentsDeliver specialized respiratory therapies tailored to patient needsAdminister respiratory medications and educate patients on proper equipment use and techniqueRespond to emergencies and perform CPR when every second countsProvide percussion and postural drainage therapies to support airway clearanceCollaborate closely with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered careWe're looking for dedicated professionals who are ready to make an impact.
