This position is with the State of Mississippi, located in Hinds County, MS. The salary range is $65,774.75 to $112,228.16 annually. The job is full-time and the application period is from June 2, 2026, to June 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (US & Canada).

The Mississippi Division of Medicaid provides access to quality health coverage for vulnerable Mississippians. This third-level seasoned professional position is located in the Executive Services Department and involves evaluating the effectiveness of benefit and eligibility programs through auditing processes and reporting findings to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to solve complex problems involving multiple programs or issues and coordinate benefits across multiple programs or reconcile benefits in programs involving both state and federal laws and regulations. Advocacy in an appeals process and case management work are also required.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or related field, minimum of 5 years of healthcare, case management, quality improvement, or program management experience, and previous leadership or supervisory experience.
