About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) group. The successful candidate will be a key player in the origination, evaluation, and execution of a wide range of assignments and products within the TMT industry. This role involves close collaboration with both senior and junior bankers, preparing and delivering client presentations, and serving as the primary support resource for senior bankers in meeting client needs. The Vice President will also be responsible for client liaison, leading due diligence sessions, and mentoring junior personnel. Professional maturity, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Applicants for the Vice President position in the TMT group at the company should hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance and have 5-6 years of experience in TMT investment banking. A background in the TMT industry is required, with a preference for those with experience in TMT transactions such as equity, financing, or M&A. The role demands a candidate with a full breadth of financing and strategic advisory experience, as well as proficiency in financial modeling and various financial databases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of professional maturity, the ability to interact directly with clients, and a strong aptitude for strategic and creative thinking.
