Job Overview Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist – Intermountain Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate clinician to deliver specialized pelvic health care at our multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. Responsibilities Provides skilled physical therapy services in accordance with APTA standards, including evaluations, treatment, and development of care plans based on patient assessments. Documents and bills patients accurately and promptly, maintaining thorough records in line with regulations and facility policies. Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Manages patient education and supervises assistants, aides, office staff, and students to maintain high‑quality care. Participates in continuing education and quality improvement processes, including safe equipment use, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in the state(s) of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Basic computer skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Physical ability to perform tasks such as carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, and walking. Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
