Express Service Advisor

Overview Stapp Interstate Toyota is hiring! We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to write service for our express service department. This position is a great opportunity to get into the industry. Our dealership is family owned and operated, and has ample room for growth, both professionally and personally! No prior service experience is required however a great attitude and drive for customer satisfaction is. Responsibilities Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty. Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication. Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
