- Review and prepare accurate closing packages in compliance with TRID, RESPA, and investor guidelines.
- Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and loan officers to facilitate closings.
- Deliver Closing Disclosures and ensure borrowers understand their final terms.
- Resolve last-minute issues quickly to keep closings on track.
- Submit complete post-closing packages to investors or internal teams.
- Experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or related banking role.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and closing procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear, professional communication with borrowers and partners.
- Proficiency with mortgage LOS and document prep software
