Construction Project Coordinator - Arlington, VA

Construction Project Coordinator Our client, a construction company, is looking for a temporary-to-permanent Construction Project Coordinator for their Arlington, VA office. Compensation Temporary: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr (DOE) Permanent: $55,000 - $68,000 per year (DOE) Hours and Location 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; 100% onsite in Arlington, VA; metro accessible. Responsibilities Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc. Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy. Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings. Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive. Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests. Additional duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of construction industry experience required. Experience with accounting or quantitative skills is a plus. Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
