Looking for a full-time job with the opportunity to grow? Adecco is hiring Manufacturing Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading local food manufacturer. Join a team that values quality, teamwork, and a safe, clean work environment.
Pay:
- $20.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform production and manufacturing line duties
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Label, tag, and package finished products
- Hand-finish products as needed
- Move materials and finished goods using pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
- Report equipment or production concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
