Compensation: $250,000 - $400,000
Become a part of a flourishing primary care practice situated in the desirable Liberty Station area of Point Loma. This role provides immediate access to a patient base, significant physician independence, minimal hospital obligations, and the potential for long-term earnings ranging from $350,000 to over $400,000 .
Opportunity Highlights- Established patient panel consisting of 2,500 to 3,000 patients
- Immediate patient volume with excellent income potential
- Compensation model driven by physician performance
- Minimal hospital call and responsibilities
- Utilization of Epic EMR and AI-assisted documentation
- Support from two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and a skilled support team
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Ideal Candidate- Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician
