Position Overview As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, educating customers on products, and ensuring compliance with all company and age-verification policies. We are looking for team members who are professional, reliable, energetic, and enjoy interacting with customers. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a positive and professional attitude Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations Educate customers on cigars, Botanical products, accessories, vaporizers, and related merchandise Follow strict age verification (21+) and ID compliance policies Operate POS system and process transactions accurately Promote loyalty/rewards program and current promotions Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs Maintain cleanliness, organization, and premium store appearance Restock inventory and merchandise shelves Help maintain walk-in humidor and product displays Follow opening/closing procedures and daily checklists Work as part of a team to meet store goals and maintain company standards Qualifications Retail, sales, customer service, vape, tobacco, smoke shop, convenience store, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable learning about products and educating customers Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Must be at least 21 years old What We’re Looking For We are looking for people who: Take pride in customer service Enjoy helping customers find the right products Maintain professionalism and cleanliness Show up on time and take ownership of their role Want to grow with a fast-growing retail brand Why Join Smoker’s Destiny?
