Chief Compliance Officer
CCO needed for hedge fund for U.S. operations with minimum 2-3 years of experience. Some operational background preferred. Company is a leading global provider of alternative investment solutions and advisory services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold risk based written compliance programs pursuant to the Advisers Act and the FSA Code of Business Conduct.
- Test and monitor Compliance Policies and Procedures and report to the Compliance Committee the results of the quarterly and annual compliance reviews.
- Develop and maintain an internal compliance manual.
- Responsible for enhancing and maintaining relations with regulators.
- Monitor and perform due diligence on all third party service providers.
- Develop and perform training and continuing education for all employees.
- Perform management training and continuing education for Compliance Team.
- Approve and monitor all employee personal trading activities as described in Code of Ethics.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 + years experience working with Hedge Funds and Investment Advisory
- Client licenses
- NFA
- Experience running SEC Audits
- Marketing Presentations
