Chief Compliance Officer

Chief Compliance Officer

CCO needed for hedge fund for U.S. operations with minimum 2-3 years of experience. Some operational background preferred. Company is a leading global provider of alternative investment solutions and advisory services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and uphold risk based written compliance programs pursuant to the Advisers Act and the FSA Code of Business Conduct.
  • Test and monitor Compliance Policies and Procedures and report to the Compliance Committee the results of the quarterly and annual compliance reviews.
  • Develop and maintain an internal compliance manual.
  • Responsible for enhancing and maintaining relations with regulators.
  • Monitor and perform due diligence on all third party service providers.
  • Develop and perform training and continuing education for all employees.
  • Perform management training and continuing education for Compliance Team.
  • Approve and monitor all employee personal trading activities as described in Code of Ethics.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 + years experience working with Hedge Funds and Investment Advisory
  • Client licenses
  • NFA
  • Experience running SEC Audits
  • Marketing Presentations
